OUR CRAFTING PROCESSING TIME:

As all of our products are made to order, please take into consideration our processing time to craft your items prior to shipping. Items are expected to ship anywhere between 4-5 business days, Mon-Fri, of payment, unless otherwise stated, always up-to-date at the top-left of our website. We work hard to fulfill orders as quickly as possible, primarily in the order that they arrive! If your package is a gift for someone else and you would like to request us to prioritize your order, send us a message! =)

SHIPPING COMPANY'S PROCESSING TIME:

We ship worldwide via United States Postal Service and DHL. If you are outside of the US, and would like us to double check into economic DHL pricing for you, please e-mail us prior to placing your order. On average, USPS takes 3-7 days for domestic (USA) first class packages, and 2-3 days for domestic priority packages.

International shipping can take anywhere between 14-30 days in transit depending on your location, and the shipping method you choose. DHL e-commerce will typically take the longest to arrive. Customs fees may apply, and is the responsibility of the buyer.

All orders come with a tracking number; once the package is in the hands of USPS, any losses are out of our control. Moreover, if your package is stolen from your home after delivery, we will not be liable. Priority packages are insured. If your item arrives damaged, we will be happy to replace your item! We do not accept cancellations on orders after 24-hours of placing the order.

Additional Information on our soy candles:

Each candle is 8oz made in a 9oz jar with a black metal lid. Alternatively, you can purchase this scent as a Tart for Warmers, or as a 2 oz sample. The burn time for the 8oz candle is approximately 50-60 hours if burned properly, and about 10 hours for a 2oz candle.

A Court of Candles produces small-batch hand poured candles and are made to order. We use high concentration fragrance oils, eco-friendly cotton wicks, and premium Soy wax with no harmful chemicals. Soy wax is eco-friendly, easy to wipe if spilled, and burns cleaner than other waxes. All waxes, oils, wicks and dyes are free of pesticides, herbicides and are cruelty-free!

NOTE: Soy wax is clean burning; frosting, cracking, and dipping on the surface is common. Each candle is hand-poured in small batches. Because of this, there may be slight variations in appearance, and color. This will not affect the candle's scent.
